Credits in TRH programmes including advertising pages rely on the supporter providing Masterclass Trust with any information requested and require the supply of camera-ready artwork for adverts.

Priority booking for TRH shows means that Giving Scheme supporters will be notified by email 1 week before public bookings open for each show and seats are reserved and paid for through Masterclass Trust on 020 7389 9660. Once public bookings are open, we will make every endeavour to book seats as required and supporters will be eligible to draw on any available house seats (at cost).

The members-only lunch will be announced with at least 8 weeks notice.

The dates of backstage tours will be emailed as and when they are organised and available. There will be at least 1 per year and this date will be notified to supporters with at least 8 weeks notice.

In order to claim complimentary show programmes for visits to TRH, the supporter must inform Masterclass Trust on 020 7389 9660 that they will be attending, with at least 4 hours notice.

Masterclass event dates will be emailed to supporters as far in advance as they are booked. Supporters eligible to meet the Master should tell Masterclass Trust which event they wish to attend at least 1 day in advance.

Complimentary use of the TRH Oscar Wilde Room must be arranged through Masterclass and date of visit to TRH notified at least 1 week in advance.

First Night invites will be posted to supporters 1 month in advance and an RSVP must be received in order to provide seats.

The annual Gala Performance will be announced to supporters in advance of any other contacts and the general public.
