Set in a society dominated by F.A.M.E.—a commercial religion of self-absorption and apathy—a frustrated writer struggles to create art that truly speaks while the physical embodiment of human creativity faces slow extinction. Through the parallel, tragic fates of a struggling writer, a deformed immortal, and a celebrated AI superstar doll who publicly
malfunctions, the play explores the inevitable, unstoppable breakthrough of genuine life over artificial control.

Script Sessions allow playwrights to meet with other young creatives and receive feedback on their scripts.

These very relaxed and informal sessions give playwrights valuable early feedback, while young actors get to practice their table reading skills, directors can share their vision for the piece and designers create quick response sketches. It’s a great chance to network with other creatives and give feedback on new work. Find out more, and apply to take part, here
