Breaking into the theatre industry isn't always easy. Many young people face barriers to getting that all-important first opportunity, whether that's a lack of industry connections, limited experience or financial pressures.

That's why our paid internships exist.

We believe talent is everywhere, and everyone should have the chance to explore a career in theatre without having to work for free. Our internships are designed to give you real, paid experience alongside professionals working on some of the UK's biggest West End and commercial productions.

Whether you're interested in sound, stage management, lighting, carpentry, wigs, hair and makeup (WHAM), costume, or another backstage role, you'll gain practical experience while building the confidence, skills and connections to take your next step.
