Join us for a Q&A with Olivier Award-winning actor, musician and writer, Giles Terera, as he delves into the experiences and craft of a career spanning classical drama, contemporary plays and musical theatre.
On top of his iconic award-winning musical theatre roles, including Aaron Burr in the original London cast of Hamilton, Avenue Q, RENT and more, Giles’ extensive body of work ranges from classical and contemporary drama (Death of a Salesman, Hamlet, Blues for an Alabama Sky, Othello), to modern comedy (Oh, Mary!) and writing for the stage (The Meaning of Zong).
Guided by your questions, we will dive into the heart of Giles’s practice, exploring his process for inhabiting complex characters, navigating the worlds of both epic musicals and intimate stage plays, and his journey as a playwright.

Biography
Giles trained at Mountview Theatre School.
