Back by popular demand! Ahead of their February two-day puppetry course with Parker Puppetry, Paper Puppets are running a free taster session exclusively for Masterclass members. This session will start with puppetry-specific exercises and games. You will then create your own simple puppet and devise a short performance to present back to the group. A supportive session perfect for anyone interested in learning the fundamentals of puppetry.

Biography
This session will be run by Stephen Love and Rupert-Lawrence Worth from Paper Puppets.
Stephen Love
Stephen is an actor-puppeteer and founder of Paper Puppets. Stephen’s credits include; Warhorse (The National Theatre), Doctor Who (BBC), The Crown & Behind Her Eyes (Netflix), The Peripheral (Amazon), and Gnomus (Puppets with Guts).
Rupert-Lawrence Worth
Ru is a multidisciplinary artist and the founder of ‘Tailwind Physical Theatre’. Ru creates eclectic ensemble work using elaborate contemporary choreography, puppetry, dynamic soundscapes and text. Ru graduated with a BA in Acting and Physical Theatre and has been trained by Gecko Theatre.
