STOREHOUSE: Making Immersive Theatre

Masterclass

Date

4 September 2025

Time

6.00pm - 9.30pm

Venue

Deptford Storehouse, Off New King Street, Grove Street, London, SE8 3AA

Join the creative team behind STOREHOUSE, one of the most artistically ambitious, large-scale immersive theatre events ever to be staged in the UK, and the debut show by new arts production company Sage & Jester.

In this interactive Masterclass, discover what it takes to design, produce and present a 9000 square metre performance space created by a team whose collective experience spans the likes of Secret Cinema, Punchdrunk, BBC Studios and Warner Music.

This Masterclass, in partnership with LW Tickets, will comprise a guided tour through the set followed by a panel conversation with Liana Patarkatsishvili (Sage and Jester’s Founder and CEO), Alice Helps (STOREHOUSE’s Production Designer), and Zoe Snow (Executive Producer). Attendees will learn about the creative and technical decision-making processes in a production of this scale, as well as the unique challenges posed by a production audiences inhabit, touch and feel night after night. There will also be time for a Q&A.

Attendees of this Masterclass will also be entitled to a ticket to the evening performance immediately following the session. As there is a limited capacity, we recommend booking your place sooner rather than later.
