Masterclass is seeking applications for an Event Management Internship on TheatreCraft. This is an exciting development opportunity for someone who wishes to build a career in producing, stage management or theatre administration.
About the Event:
TheatreCraft is the UK’s largest offstage theatre careers fair for anyone aged 16-30 interested in a career beyond the stage. It takes place at the Royal Opera House and across the West End, featuring some 70 exhibitors and offering more than 60 workshops, tours and demonstrations. In 2024, it hosted over 1100 attendees.
Key Information:
📅 Internship: 29 September 2025 – 7 November 2025. Please Note: All applicants must be able to commit to the full contract, and must be available on 31 October, 3 & 4 November.

📍Based: Central London.

Who Should Apply:
We're looking for candidates who:
✔ Are competent in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
✔ Are comfortable using social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook & Tiktok)
✔ Are enthusiastic and keen to learn
✔ Have a keen interest in theatre
✔ Are able to work calmly under pressure and solve problems if they arise
✔ Are aged 18+

✔ Have the right to work in the UK for the full duration of the placement
We particularly welcome and encourage candidates from backgrounds which are currently underrepresented in the offstage workforce, although we regret that, due to the nature of the venues, there is not always step-free access.
Due to funding, preference will be given to candidates under 25 and residing in select London boroughs (Barnet, Brent, Camden, City of London, Ealing, Hammersmith & Fulham, Harrow, Kensington & Chelsea and Westminster). We will, however, consider all candidates. To check your borough, click here.
